NETWORKING FOR NETWORKERS

The Wave is a networking group designed for networkers.  Sure we have some speakers, but we often hear that people go to networking events based on the QUALITY of the networking.

Our principals include:

• BE PRESENT - Come to participate
• BE A GIVER - When you think about how you can help others first you will gain.
• BE ATTENTIVE - Hear what you can do to help the other person thrive in their business.
• BE AN INTRODUCER - You know people - make the introduction where appropriate!
  
• FOLLOW-UP - Make sure you contact each person to let them know you heard them
• PERMISSION ONLY - Do not market to people you meet - make sure you have their permission to follow up with them!
• THE PERSON YOU MEET IS OFTEN NOT YOUR PROSPECT - Who do they know.
• DON'T SELL AT A WAVE EVENT - These events are to gauge opportunity within your network - if there is a reason to reconnect with interest from both parties - do it immediately following the  event!
